The Torre de Collserola is a huge telecommunication tower and is located on the Tibidabo mountain in Barcelona, Spain.
The tower has a total height of 288 metres, the shaft has a diameter of 4,5 metres and the structure is a weight of 3000 tons. The architect and designer is Sir Norman Foster & Partners and was inaugurated in the year 1992.
Apart of the spectacular design and height of this unique building, you have the opportunity to visit the viewpoint which is located in one of the upper plants. From there you have a view till 70 kilometres of distance all over the area of Barcelona.
